Can someone point me to some decent ar lowers for a good price. I'm wanting to get one to start building on but I'm kind of stopped for cash so I'm not looking to spend much. Probably $150 max
Get an Anderson multi-cal, cheap as shit and they're good. Or, get an 80% if you want a project.

You can get stripped lowers (your pic) for as little as $50-$60 at your lgs.
Anderson lowers are $59

People shit talk them but I build my rifles with Anderson Arms lowers. They're 50 bucks and I used a DelTon upper for one and a BCM upper for the other. Fit is good, no wobble, finish on the lowers os great.
Dunno if I would buy an Anderson rifle, bit they're lowers are great.

I'm convinced Rock River Arms are the best stripped lowers money can buy.
Anderson lowers will likely rattle a bit with the upper but it's not going to affect accuracy or function. For $59, they work just fine.

Built mine with a PSA completed upper, it rattled.
As stated, rattle doesn't affect function, just annoying to some.

Gen II Aero Precision lowers have an adjustment screw to ensure a tight fit between your upper and lower. It's a nice feature to have.

I guess I'm lucky. I haven't gotten the rattle on my two.

OP, this other Anon sparked my memory. Palmetto State Armory (PSA) has daily deals and many times you get lowers (completed or stripped) in those emails. Definitely sign up for their deal blast and keep an eye out on what they have

Anderson/PSA lower, or KAC. There's no point in spending any $ inbetween that. I've got a SBR'd anderson with an SSA-E in it and it's perfectly fine.

yep, that what my lower is and im glad i paid the extra dollerdoos instead of getting another anderson

PSA has some good stuff for AR builds. Keep them in mind for whatever you're looking at AR wise. Midway has a few things I like that PSA doesn't ( mostly the noveske 300 blackout SBR barrel )
