Not very comfortable, the leather is 55 years old. I got mine from Sportsmans Guide who did the sizing themselves, they seem pretty on par with US sizes but they run slightly narrower.

VERY carefully. You'd have to do low heat, steam, and put a towel over it to prevent actual contact between the iron and the nylon.

I've never personally tried ironing nylon stuff, I don't trust myself enough to risk it.
