This, or if you're impatient, lots of rags or paper towels and mineral spirits will remove it quickly. I've never had it remove any paint before, but because mineral spirits is a solvent it might. Just test a painted area before dunking it in.

Cheaper than mineral spirits, and works great.

Now take 4 cups of water and pour it into the oil.
