This stuff shoots hot. I wouldn't shoot it through my gun on a regular basis regardless of whether or not it's rated for it. 1 mag down range to see if it runs, and keep the rest for whatever you think you might need it for. No matter what, running standard pressure 9mm will be better on everything your gun has, much less stress. This also is only good in a full size, anything tiny like a subcompact and it's going to be snappy.
