Honestly, it's a shit description that does a rather poor job of explaining certain factors. It's unusual in the fact that the author actually notes in a few cases that certain fictional weapons are either inefficient or downright impossible.

Thought: According to upotte logic, tacticooled and otherwise stupidly expensive accessorized guns would roughly translate to bimbos.
