None of CZ's centerfire handguns are made out of anything other than carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy (P-01 and PCR compact models). The Kadet .22 kit might have a zinc alloy slide (common with .22's), but I have never owned one to test it with a magnet. From what it looks like (small, reduced mass bolt design), I would suspect that even the Kadet uses steel in its construction.
