I just picked this up from my FFL yesterday. It shipped Monday and was lost by FedEx for 18 hours, and eventually it took them 28 hours to move it north in what would normally take 4-5 hours to cover the same distance.

Got most of the cosmoline off. Will probably get a black/gray timbersmith wood stock and pack the original stock into storage, there's enough cosmoline in it to keep it perserved.

Most of thier guns are over priced as hell, even more so then Cabela's. Cabela's is also more fun to walk around in but it's like 80min drive from my house. Gander Mountain is 10 mins. Guy behind the counter was cool, he knows some of the pistol pricing is insane but sales come and go all the time and when on sale they are lower then online prices.

Also decent selection and pricing for ammo. Might go back for another 5k of the Blazer 22 after I test shoot my 10/22. Got 5 BX25s coming for it as well.

Gunbroker is usually the best for the price. Got my M203 handguard (new MilSurp in wrap) for about $50 where some places they sell new for like, $100.
Just look up M203 Handguard and you'll be golden.

Me too, I have a AR15 22lr and a tube auto loader 22 but always wanted a 10/22 for the reliability. Gonna put a light weight stock on it and maybe a light weight barrel at some point with a set of tech sights.


Ordered 5 BX25 mags for it from Cabelas for 100 bucks. 20 bucks a mag seems like a good deal to me. I like to stock up on magazines the second I buy a gun because you never know when a new AWB will hit

Do you have any experience with the CMR30? I've heard hit or miss things from different people about them, they seem to either work well or have problems. I really want one because they look cool and 30 rounds of .22WMR from a little carbine seems super fun, but I just don't know if it's worth the gamble or not.
