Just get a $30 ka bar folder if you're seriously looking on something with a skull design it should be more than enough for everyday use.

Could care less about the skull really. Just want something somewhat unique, razor sharp that fits in a front pocket, looks decent, and holds that edge.

If you want a knife with skulls and one blade why not sacrifice one skull for an extra serrated blade.
You know, for sawing through cop armour and then stabbing the hole you just made with your serrated blade with your straight edge whilst being careful not to get your knife caught in the side of the cop armour.
