I just buy clothes like normal. If you need to buy significantly larger pants for an IWB holster and carry piece you should consider a subcompact. A FNS-9 compact and full size FNS 9 both work fine for me. Wearing a gun belt gets kind of annoying though because not all of my pants and shoes match the color.

Depending on how tight your pants are you may have to go up a waist size. Don't wear super tight pants.

For me it also depends on position. 4 o clock or somewhere near the hips, I can't do it with my regular pants but even my tightest pants, appendix carry is easy for my glock 19.
