I have heard the biggest hassle is how long the waits are. I guess they got rid of CLEO signoffs which were a huge pain in the ass depending on where you live (which is why people did the trust thing). I was under the impression that there was a lot of stringent shit like random home inspections but apparently that's just fuddlore.

Right now is going to be a very backlogged time, though.

well, depends on the state.

some won't let you do em at all, while others don't care.

They usually want a reason when you fill out papers for a stamp, but putting down "to preserve hearing" or something similar is all you'll need usually.
