Typically for precision shooting, you go with variable magnification, 14x or larger (for the max mag, ie; 4-14x), first focal plane, milliradian turret and reticle, 40mm objective or larger, 30-34mm tube size.

High quality (ie high dollar) precision crafted scope from a well known and reputable manufacturer. There are plenty, take your pick. Don't didn't ruins of money on building/buying a precision rifle only to cheap out on your optic. So many people do this, and it boggles my mind.

Kahles 624 with windage adjustment on left side would be interesting. Check out Precision Rifle Blogs test of optics, it's like two years old but still valid.
