Okay okay, These are perfectly legal to build. Only issue is the stock.. you gotta register that SBR with ATF before gathering all the parts, in this case the receiver and barrel. The receiver has to be a reduced inside diameter so the full auto bolt will not fit. Probably not a good idea to have that bolt laying around, I agree.. but if you're careful and know what you're doing, this is perfectly fine.
