I can read the pic because my colourblindness is extremely fucking mild and the only things i get mixed up are very specific types of green and red, but somehow that disqualifies me from being a riflemen.

I don't think they just ask you, they use colored-dot tests like in OP's pic.
In any case, If you think you can pull it off, wearing one of those marked-card reading contacts in one eye should make you able to read the numbers. I know holding a piece of red cellophane over one eye certainly does.

Talk to the us army they have a lot looser color vision restrictions, I'm relatively red green colorblind and served my enlistment as 11b infantry. That being said infantry sucks go Intel or commo or something.

I can't see what the dot thing says. Failed it at MEPS. They then gave me test with only red and green lights and got all of them correct.
11B since 2011 and made SGT in 2014. OEF etc etc. You'll be alright.

Oh, I assumed you were American. At first the recruiter and MEPS people freaked out and said I had to pick non combat but I knew 11B just needed to distinguish between red and green. I've never had a problem with being colorblind, but it helps that all the cars in Afghanistan are white Toyota Corollas.

On thing at the least: In the military, you are a module or a node. A module or a node has to function properly. If it doesn't work, it will be exchanged. No superior wants a unit with a number of people that don't function properly.

Look up the test online. Look at all the slides carefully and look at the answer guide. Make a system where you memorize the answers. They aren't used in order so figure a way to remember which is which. Like if slide 2 is a big 27 but you can't see it, look for distinguished features that you can see. Maybe there will be a large cluster of brown dots in the lower left part of the slide or something. This is what I did to get a job on the Union Pacific

Nope, same thing happened to me.
The best part is when you realize down the road that having color blindness is pretty much an handicap that equates being wheelchair bound on the job market. Can't be an electrician, plumber, truck/bus/train driver, can't work in any field that involves working with visuals or colors in any way. You'll find that your professional opportunities are severely restricted.
