Marines and Army get deployed and then shot at. plus with "rules of engagements" they're not necessarily getting to shoot back. navy and air force don't have that issue since they are far more focused on moving big technological monsters around rather than trying to convince Haddji's wife to tell them where Haddji hid the guns.
