Fuck it, I'll stay up and write something quick then.

New Conakry is a faction of black people that arose due to the fall of government and consequently law enforcement in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and Maryland. It was one of the first factions to assemble after the Yellowstone eruption due to the civil unrest already taking place in what is now the faction's borders prior to the disaster. The capital of New Conakry is Baltimore, but the population is spread far and thin in various other cities in Maryland. These cities include Bladensburg, District Heights, Hagerstown, Hyattsville, Suitland, and Temple Hills. Communication and transportation routes between the cities are well maintained, due in part to the already installed Metro Rail System (though heavily damaged) and the vast majority of the population having the skills needed to actively break into vehicles in order to siphon gas or abandon their old vehicle entirely. The Military of New Conakry is well armed, however their weapons are very poorly maintained.
