On the used market, there are generally some. Otherwise I think DPMS sells an A2 upper. As far as complete rifles, the only ones currently being produced are Bushmaster, Delton, and Fulton Armory, at least that I know of.

You can find a Colt 6520 on the 2nd hand market, but expect to pay 1300-2000 depending on condition and how much the seller is trying to rape you because it's discontinued.
