So I'm an absolute poorfag (very little disposable income, medical bills n shit) trying to get in to guns. I have an almost fetish like obsession with revolvers, and I want one bad. Unfortunately, they always seem to be more expensive than semi autos. (and I'm not willing to settle for .22)

First of all, why is that? Why is it easy to find a cheap shit .380 semi auto for $150, but you can't get a revolver in anything bigger than .22 for under $300?

And secondly, what should I do? Should I save my shekels and buy a revolver in a few months? Or should I buy a shit tier semi auto now, save up more, then trade it and some cash for a revolver later?

I live in a trailer park full of junkies and I want some protection... but honestly I just want a god damn gun right now because I like them.

Anyone got a cz527 (7.62x39 not the shitty .223) they wanna sell, preferably in the state of Maine, I don't want to travel.

I often see them at gunshows and some come with 22LR and 22Mag wheels you can swap out. Whole thing for around $160 and then a bog of 500 22LR should run you around $30
