Hey /k/ I might be going to the range this weekend, what should I shoot? I don't own any guns atm which is why I want to try before I buy. What should I try?

Ikr? It's like it's being tickled and rolling around laughing. I need it.
Is this about a cat, or about shooting?
Without seeing your hand size, I can't tell you
But first you need to fire a 22LR just so you understand the mechanics of a gun.

It was meant to be about shooting but... well youve seen the replies. I have already fired a 22LR. This isn't my first time. Just looking for fun suggestions.
AR-15 or AK if you can rent a rifle, otherwise a Glock or 1911 for handguns

9mm handgun
.45 handgun
.223 rifle
.308 or larger rifle
12 gauge shotgun
Ideally
Glock, Beretta, or Sig 9mm
1911 or Sig P220 .45
AR-15
AR-10, battle rifle, or bolt action
Any pump action

full size pistols, 9mm. Easiest to shoot and enjoy, won't cost you an assboat in ammo unless you buy at the range. I wouldn't bother renting a shotgun. Most indoor ranges won't let you use them. For the cost of renting one you'd be a fifth of the way to buying a cheap one anyway.

when I went to a handgun rental range the Springfield Range Officer 1911 was by far my favorite pistol to shoot. I was accurate as fuck with it, and I suck.
