The Glock barrel is much more loose to promote reliability. You're looking at it the wrong way. A LWD is a mediocre match barrel. KKM is much nicer and not made in Korea. A Glock barrel is a good fighting gun barrel, one that has traded some accuracy for reliability.

At 25+ yards of course I'd expect the 6 inch barrel to group tighter but at 7-10 yards they should be grouping the same. Also I know the Glock factory barrel is more accurate than I am. It just seems odd that I'd group that much better with Lone Wolf's barrel especially that close.

I'm far from a Glock fanboy. I live in California and choice of striker fired pistols are slim pickings. I bought the G17 because I got a good deal on it and there aren't many better options here that don't cost a fortune.
