Still going to run anywhere from 150-300+ to build though.
Look up Sdta tactical and diversified machine. They pretty much do 80% suppressors all you have to do is drill the hole in the middle unless you do vsr baffles in which case if you can cut a straight line with a hacksaw you have more than enough experience to build a can.

In my country the top-tier silencers used by professionals are like $300, $350 for a QA one. I have a really really good .30cal reflex silencer designed for precision rifles and it cost me $200.

The regular .22 silencers are like $100 max.
