There have been lots of accounts overtime of women pretending to be men and joining armies.

Maybe mention that women have played defensive rolls when under attack. It was not that uncommon for women to help out in sieges or resisting a raid and such.

In direct combat women can't beat men but war is about a lot more than foot slogging. British women in WW2 were on anti-aircraft, cryptography, maintenance and supply, hospitals, spies and intelligence. The Russians notably had women tank crew and soldiers, look up Mariya Oktyabrskaya. In other roles such as test pilots the Germans had Hanna Reitsch.

OP here is what you need to know. Find your own fucking sources

Women make good pilots, support staff, REMFs and the like, but they must be kept far from the front line.
There are so many negatives to putting women on the ground, mostly against their comparative weakness to men making them a weak link, and how team dynamics are completely fucked becuase male soldiers will try protect the woman instead of fighting properly.
No idea if studies have been done if this works for women pilots and the like, but they are probably much more effective in the air than the ground.
Other people have mentioned the military industrial complex, but that's not military so leave that shit out the paper if you are talking about combat effectiveness.
Women, as long as they are trained to the same standards as men will make very good additions to the army, sadly the military doesn't recognize that physically inferior = remf and keeps trying to turn women into real soldiers
