At this point, you might just want to go for whichever's in stock first. DSA is the only company making complete FALs in the US, but Coonan makes receivers and sometimes FALFiles does a group buy of IMBEL receivers, and there's lots of parts kits available, though no longer cheap.

You know that there are aftermarket cheek risers. However you might want to use a magnified sight of some flavor to get the most out your BR. Flip over or suchlike mount for one or other sight.

Well friend, AR stands for Armalite and is prefix to every rifle model Armalite made (i.e. AR-7, AR-10, AR-15). If you meant assault rifle vs battle rifle then assault rifles fire an intermediate cartridge while battle rifles fire full-sized rifle cartridges

I have a voyager and its bueno.

All you FAL guys/gals where do you go to grab parts or aftermarket shit for your FALS? My LGS has a very used with a new barrel among a few other things for about 650...and I'm tempted but one of the first things I wanna do is replace the furniture. It also comes with 6 forty round mags and four 20 round mags.
