And another. Pretty interesting.
>>
Bumping for interest.
>>

No. Tube fed is the best all around feeding method
That being said, Its interesting to see all the new types of shotguns out there.
KSG
UTS 15
SRM 1216
DB12
AA12
six12
Saiga
Vepr
M26

This is just off the top of my head, but there's a lot of options out there besides the standard tube fed or break action

Here's a video on it

Also partial to the model 1887 lever action shotgun
>>
>>31166025
It's actually pretty well sealed
>>
>>31165985
Ditto on trying new designs. Don't really give a shit about the 6-12 though. I'm pretty tired of 12g as it is

SMR 1216 is real cool

>>31166182
Aint there only 1 in existence currently

Gonna hijack this thread with a somewhat related question. Would people buy a belt fed shotgun? Maybe one with a response trigger similar to the echo? I've got this "civilian legal suppressive fire" concept in my head and I think 12 gauge fed from a belt with easy swap barrels could be fun for that.
>>
>>31166297

People have tried to feed 12 gauge through a belt before, it just doesn't float. The action of pulling a belt through a gun is extremely rough on cartridges, especially rimmed ones. The plastic hulls just don't hold up.

Why not old brass cases, you say?

Prohibitively expensive for something no one really wants, kinda like the CAWS.
>>
>>31165935
what... how is that legal?

is that a SBS ( short barrel shotgun) or is it an AOW ( another other weapon ) category?
>>
>>31166327
Steel cased 20 gauge HK21 when?
That's about the only way I've ever seen belt fed shells working. The steel may not be 100% necessary but fuck it
>>
>>31165915

>Crye Precision

I mean, they make expensive camo, but did they fix the whole hangfire out of battery problem revolvers have?
>>
>>31166334

>shotgun
>short barrel

>hurr is dis short barreled shotgun?
>>
>>31166580

Oh wait, no stock. It's me who's retarded.

No stock but short barrel should mean AOW, yeah.

No, because the entire mechanism is fucked.
>heavy as sin trigger pull to rotate heavy as sin cylinder
>lol 6 shots
>unlike other shotguns with six capacity, reloading is not quick nor easy
It is literally only viable as an SBS'd underslung and nothing else. Might get one for just that.
