VP9 actually works in water.

Was thinking about having the PPQ as my next handgun purchase but I'm considering the VP9
>>31164960
Work it does friend, much better than Sig trash.
>>31164960
So does a Sig.

It can also shoot while frozen and beaten with a hammer

It can also get run over by a bulldozer

OP is making a joke because the VP9 failed in water in the MAC video which started the meme.
Walther PPQ Navy is fucking heaven though and has a drainable striker chamber, unlike Glock, Sig, H&K, etc.

P320 can survive water too. Even mud

Also very good video refuting the VP9 not working in water meme.

A lot of people like to say MAC's torture test on the vp9 was shit but there was a guy from hkpro that did a more thorough testing in various media. It didn't choke as bad as MAC's but his conclusion was that the exposed striker channel on the vp9 and weak striker spring were the main culprits for malfunctions. The hkpro guy was also testing his usp which ran like a champ given those conditions.
>buys HK pistol
>doesn't buy USP
>doesn't buy P30
>buys VP9 meme pistol
>shitposts Sig meme
Meming too hard for me

My Glock 19 works underwater... Just saying
>>31165872
For when.. it never gets fucking submerged? Yep, it's a handy thing to make sure you gun will function through all kinds of conditions that you will never risk exposing it to.

Sexy Walthers. Would love a a P5, would sell anal virginity for one easily.
>>31166220
That's what happens when you want an HK, but don't have HK money, so you buy their entry level gun and don't shut up about >muh HK.
>>31164960
If I have learned nothing else about H&K or Germans in general, it is that they are snobs who work unmatchably brilliantly on the more expensive "good" models, and do whatever they feel like on trash for the proles.
Get a USP or, if you like this design, get a Walther, especially the PPS.
>>31164960
P30, or USP would serve you better. At the VP9's price range, you'd be better served with Walther pistols. Get a PPQ M1 or P99 for German paddle fun.

bought the vp9 before i realized it was a meme.
am not disappoint.

From an unbiased standpoint the VP9 might be a good duty gun but it wouldn't last a day as a combat field pistol. Especially in the desert.
>>31166948
>wouldn't last a day, especially in the desert
That's a little harsh. It might like sand a little less than the hammer-fired guns but if you take care of it, it will take care of you.

All polymer striker fires are overrated.
