What type of lock do I need to buy to secure my .22 Henry Mare Leg? I bought it used and didn't think of it at the time.
I have no idea, since I regular trigger lock won't work (duh), and I don't see how a cable lock would work.
put trigger lock in trigger hole. use cable lock to cable the lever in the closed position
or just stop being a bitch with the politically correct garbage.

Empty gun, put out of reach, and be more concerned with securing ammunition.

I have a gun locker, but I also trigger lock and trigger lock during transport because, even though not a requirement, the RCMP will have less to hassle me about.

I bought it used for fun for 300$USD/400$CAD. Funny how it is classified a pistol in the US but a rifle in Canada. Going to try it out this weekend.

Rifles are stored in the house, ammunition is stored in the shed.

Check your state laws on firearm purchasing restrictions
Figure out what you want
Find an FFL who has what you want
Go in, ask for gun
Fill out 4473, the background check paper, wait on check
Once cleared, pay for gun
Leave with gun
