Neighborhood teens built this on a lawn tractor last Halloween and drove it around the area.
They had pulleys set up so it would steer from the driver position. The cannon is a potato gun. The turret traversed and the gun elevated somehow. They even had hatches they could close up and probably asphyxiate on exhaust.
It was wooden, but they would have only been more /k if they had fired dildos from the cannon.

For less than a used mini bobcat you can build this. Once my shop is up and running of course i will build modular extras.
