The standard types of things that men, and more powerful women, might carry could be too heavy and cumbersome for some smaller framed girls and guys.
So what would you suggest such individuals carry?
Testosterone pills, a FAL, and 20 mags. Git gud.

It's an interesting question. I'm not sure how small your frame would have to be before you were prevented from being able to handle particular weapons, but I could easily imagine a person being hampered in handling a particular weapon. I'd obviously recommend getting fit in preparation for a tactical situation. But if you aren't going to, then I'd recommend sticking to weapons with more manageable reoil.

What would the heavy and medium look like?

Given them crew mounted weapons and assign larger fireteams than usual. Instead of a 2 man crew you'd need 4 or 5. 1 for the weapon, 1 for ammo, and the rest for supplies for the rest of the team. Each kid only gets 20 lbs of gear or so. Give them each a sidearm as well for good measure. Can replace machine gun crews with mortar or rocket teams, but you get the idea.

Ian and Karl mentioned that one woman uses a PS90 at all their shooting events. It required more shots per the event rules but it's much handier on the close quarters stages

>Were you inspired by that crew served weapons are for kids image?
Yeah. It actually does make sense. Instead of just cutting a kit down to be able to be rucked by a child, just distribute the weight of a crew served weapon platform and you'll retain effectiveness while not really making any compromises to soldier efficiency or usefulness.
The way I see it, you'll need more than 2 kids, because you need a few to carry food and other essentials. But it's basically like hiking in a large group, you can distribute pack loads more efficiently and end up being able to carry more shit because you have more people.
Kids are easy to spook, and the biggest gun they can usually handle (at least long term, in sustained firefights) are pistol caliber carbines or intermediate carbines. This means they generally need to be closer in, and they also simply cannot carry as many mags. So you're either forcing your other, adult soldiers to resupply them or you're gimping the duration of field exercises. Instead, just load up a team of 4-5 lolis and distribute water, ammo, and food evenly and you've got a formidable fire team that doesn't really sacrifice anything.
