I couldn't tell you because I've never used perma blue I've always used super blue, but iirc super blue is stronger than perma blue, newer recipe or something, so less shades needed than perma blue is my guess.
But don't take my word for it.

It is adapted to used 10 round xcr-l """pistol""" magazines because semi auto rifle magazines can only have 5 rounds in canada. It is still in 7.62x39. I have also shortened the barrel to 18.6", threaded the muzzle, and added an SVD type optics rail on the side.
