Nope. It will feel like you are carrying a dime piece, like you are wearing a $3K watch. Just make sure you keep it cleaned and lubed and test about 100-200 rounds of your chosen hollo w point to make sure it is reliable. With so many manufactures and custom gun makers putting out 1911s, they range from absolute shit unreliable, to reliable as a Glock. They really run the full gamut. There is no way to know what you have until you put about 300-500 rounds through it and get the kinks worked out if need be.
