SCAR 16 or ARC 100?

ARX 100 I mean.
where did the ACR go so wrong?

SCAR-16 is one of the most reliable modern ARs

Coulda been a good gun if they didn't balls it up.
Also get the SCAR.

Any particular reason for the SCAR over the ARX100?
>>31051776
The SCAR is more accurate, durable and is most likely more reliable due to its much simpler design.
I like the ARX, but it's overly complicated for what it is. Most users also find it to be ergonomically lacking much more so than the SCAR.

What makes you say that? Reviews I've seen seem to be pretty even in accuracy. About the same as a Colt.

I mean they both feel like 7lbs of plastic to me. Give the nod to the ARX100 for the stock. I haven't shot either though.

The SCAR will print MOA or better groups with quality ammo. The ARX struggles to make better than 3MOA.
>durable
As posted above the SCAR has been documented to last in excess of 200K rounds of full auto fire with minimal parts breakage. It has an extruded aluminum receiver compared to the plastic of the ARX. It's fire control parts are all metal while the ARX is a complicated mess of plastic parts. Even the Beretta rep at the NRA Show struggled to field strip the gun and piece it back together.
>they both feel like 7lbs of plastic
The ARX is slightly lighter, which is the only advantage I can think of over the SCAR.
>Give the nod to the ARX100 for the stock
You'll find it exceedingly too low once you replace the awful iron sights and attempt to mount optics to the weapon.

Also there's no use in getting a 805 if the 806 is getting imported eventually. Czech troops had number of problems with the 805
I really don't like the waffle patterns in the 806 though

Better luck next time.
I own one and have had no issues at all.

Nope

Except for needing a punch and hammer to field strip the bcg.
