I bought one very similar to the one in your pic, but I didn't like it so much. The band eventually got worn out and the free loop just plain broke. I also didn't like how I needed to wind the sucker and readjust the time every so often. Maybe it was a lower end model given that it was about 30 dollars, but still. So no, I wouldn't operate with one, at least not the one I got. Although to it's credit, it looks quite nice and it fit well for my small-ish wrists and my general dislike for bulkier watches.
