North Carolina and Virginia. UVA has the best undergrad business school, but it's in a state that flirts becoming blue. North Carolina has both UNC and Duke, which are well known for finance and consulting. If you're interested in going into investment banking or someone like management consulting, those two schools would do you well.

Ultimately, it depends on what you want to major in.

As a corollary, it also depends on your grades and high school performance. UVA and Duke tend to be very selective. UNC is easier to get in to IF you are an in-state student (there's a hard limit on 13% of the class being outside of NC).
