Which is how they got themselves conquered by the Mongols, the Manchu, the 8 nation alliance, and had a hard time fighting the Japanese. They were more interested in fucking each other over than they were in defeating a foreign invader. Makes perfect sense to me, China's thousands of years of history have shown that the concept of being in a unified nation doesn't really exist for the Chinese, as evident in their near constant state of civil wars and uprisings throughout the ages.

Still, I would have to give a slight edge to the Chinese. Though their entire economy is inflated and artificial as shit, it's still slightly more robust than that of Russia. And we all know that war will usually boil down to whoever can keep the machines of war running the longest.

There's not that many thoroughfares available in the area for hundreds of miles and they each stretch equally far. There is a shift in the leadership structure and the QC has improved significantly. The training is mostly on-par. The equipment is playing catchup in all areas.
