Hello /k/!

I never posted here, not sure if I'm welcome here but I need advice. My father's uncle passed away and left a revolver and a single-barrel shotgun to his son. He's a nogun so he gave the guns to a friend. Recently, while we were talking, the guns came up and he said he can take the guns back and give them to me, friend didn't want them either. Yesterday, I received the guns.

Revolver seems it's from WW era. Friend of my cousin had put it in chlorine/anti-rust/etc. mixture to take the rust away. I'm not sure if this harmed the weapon. I'm not looking to shoot with this, displaying on shelf would be suffice. Owning a pistol is really hard on my country anyway.

Shotgun has "P. Beretta Gardone V.T" written on it but no image on the internet matches what I have. Anyway, it was in better shape and it seems it is younger than the revolver. Its stock was a bit wobbly, so I decided to take it apart and see what's wrong. I fucked up and broke the shaft that's holding the stock and the tip of it stuck in the screwhole. The actual problem was the woodden parts that sticks to metal parts was broken so I'll probably have to buy a new stock. I'm not sure if I'll be able to find a replacement for the shaft or take out the broken part but I'd like to repair the stock, clean it and shoot with it if possible.

I'll be adding the photos. They are shit quality, I know and I'm sorry. If you want better pictures or a specific angle, I can add them.

This is the shaft I took out to take the stock out. The screw-way on the tip is broken and is stuck in the gun.

Woodden flaps of the stock go in to two slits placed above and below the spring. They hold the stock in place and prevent wobbling. They are broken/worn out so it was wobbling.

This is where the broken piece is stuck. Probably going to drill a hole in it and break it to pieces or stick a hex-box wrench in it to take it off. I can't think of any other way to take it off.

You can (actually, not) see the broken flaps here.

Then the revolver, it says Chutz Marke on it, but again can't see any similar revolvers.

It's probably a Gasser revolver.
Gasser was late 19th century Austro-Hungarian army revolver. They were also bought in large numbers by Montenegro around 1910 for militia.

here's a video about:

Measure the length of the bolt and get yourself a thread guage to find out what thread is on the tip, a new bolt will cost you almost nothing online. As for getting the rest of it out of the gun, go buy a 1/8 bolt extractor and a 1/8 drill bit. Drill a hole in the back of the old bolt (carefully) and attempt to remove it. If it won't come nicely, spray some pennetrating oil on it and leave it overnight and try again. If that still wont do it you may need to get creative.

as for shotgun apart that it is made by The Barreta (guys that make 92fs pistols) I can't tell you much.

Are there any markings on the left side?

I've watched the video and read about the gun, it's pretty neat. Any advice on how to clean? I own a rifle but have no experience with old weapons.
>>
>>31028626
Also I feel stupid for thinking Schutz Marke is its maker. I found out it means trademark.
>>
>>31026721
Oh, I never heard of the bolt extracters. My father says he has them. Thanks for the advice.
>>
>>31026749
My brother took a look and told me that the left side is pretty much the same. I looked a bit and found out it is a FS-1 Companion, from what my father tells me it's probably 30 years old. How should I treat it? Do you think it is still safe to shoot?
>>
>>31028626
neither do I m8 and I doubt there are many people here that know that. Probably you gonna need take a look on some specialized forums.
>>31028724
If receiver and barrel aren't cracked or deformed in any way, there is no reason for it to not be safe. Still, if I were you, I would probably ask some specialist to take a look.

One additional note is that you won't be able to shoot that revolver, ever. It uses proprietary round, that is no longer in production and I don't think that there are any cases that could be used as base for hand loading.
