Karl's anus.

My favorite is a AKS-74. That style folding stock gets me hard.

So I guess that's the G3 or Lapua Magnum then.

Probably some artillery or turret.

As far as small arms go, Kalashnikov rifle probably. This debate is like asking who is the greatest musician of all time, so many kinds of music, so many different purposes.

AK-47 would definitely be in the running because of it's reliability, the fact that it can be made poorly and still work, the fact that maintenance is so easy, and the fact that it shoots a thirty caliber round are all great.

If we are making Karl shoot it because it makes him uncomfortable, definitely a .45-70 with the largest rounds possible. Show him all of these .22lrs and .223 guns. Show him a bunch of cool m4 style guns and some classic looking .22 hunting rifles and show him little girls, small women, and children shooting them like champions, then give him the .45-70 so he can get his ass kicked.

I think the key is to show other people, maybe Warwick Davis shoot low recoil rifles with very tight groups. He needs to see people that he believes to be weaker than himself who appear to be exceptionally competent with rifles. His confidence needs to be as high as possible that he will succeed at this challenge.

Then you need to make him shoot the hardest kicking rifle with the sights slightly off so he just looks worthless.

As far as actual greatest guns, I still stand by the Kalashnikov but there is an argument to be made for bolt action .308 or .30-06 rifles because of their versatility (Jeff Cooper author of Art of the Rifle would go on about this, specifically his idea of a scout rifle).

The objective here is to make Karl feel as much pain as possible, pain of failure, pain of being weak, pain of being shown up, pain of physically being punished by this rifle.

A .45-70 with no rubber pad on the butt just seems right, I feel like he might know that a .50 bmg is supposed to be a badass round but if he goes home and tells everyone how he shot a .45 out of a rifle and got his ass kicked then he'll really suck. He won't realize there is a very big difference between a .45 and a .45-70

So I don't know shit. I always thought it was a particular rifle. Like an AWP.

Funny shit, the AWM (improperly named AWP in CS) is chambered in .338 Lapua Magnum
>>
>>31005961
So it's actually a GOL.
>tfw Britain doesn't have the gol to let people have guns
I suppose it doesn't matter much because I am an American citizen, and can always fly back to freedomland. For some reason, I've really gotten into guns and now have a huge desire to shoot. I don't even think you can rent a gun to shoot at a range here unless you're licensed. 100% cucked.

I want to get into rugged pursuits like hunting and skinning animals.

No, what I was referencing is that "Lapua Magnum" is the tail end of the round designated .338 Lapua Magnum

Not a weapons system.

And as for your desire to be a rugged dude, just do it. Get an airgun or get licensed and go kill something in the woods and then eat it.

If you ever find yourself in America, one of us will take you.

>As far as actual greatest guns, I still stand by the Kalashnikov
Why? It's got shitty ergonomics, bad sights, it's inaccurate, taking the barrel off is a real bitch, it's receiver is open to mud and filth, they aren't very modular, and are basically outclassed by the AR-15 or any modern AR-18-esque blaster.

AKs are cool, but saying they're the best rifle ever is just wrong.
>>
>>31006324
>bad sights
blame the ballistics of the 7.62 x 39
>it's inaccurate
It shoots like a rainbow, if you know how to aim with it it's pretty accurate.
>barrel removal sucks
it's not impossible
>mud and filth
then how come arabs use these things for a generation and never take them apart or clean them and they still work like a charm
>ARs are better
I own an AR, not going to say they are bad
Kalashnikov is a biker bitch and AR is a prom queen.

There is no best gun. Only ones that are made to be good in a specific role.
>>
>>31006119

The AWP doesn't have grooves in the bolt for arctic conditions, and a shorter barrel. Also, it's cosmetic but it has a matte black body rather than olive or tan. The AWP is mostly marketed to police/swat rather than military.
>>
>>31006369
>blame 7.62x39
>shoots like a rainbow; learn to shoot better
just drop the caliber and get a fucking 5.45 or a 5.56
>barrel removal sucks
>but it's not impossible
dude's not saying it's impossible, but you literally have to use a shop press to change out barrels
>then how come arabs use these things for a generation and never take them apart or clean them and they still work like a charm
they live in the fucking desert, but that aside I don't really consider filth to be a big minus against an AK

If the Russians could get rid of the fucking rivets and make it into a lego gun like an AR, and close the gaps like in the new Galil ACE, it will truly be a modern gun.

>>31006437
And it's also the same fucking gun, but thanks for chiming in.
>>
>>31006476

It's a variant. It's like saying an AKM and an AK-74 are the same gun

>blame the ballistics of the 7.62 x 39
The cartridge didn't make the gun have a WWI tier sights with a tiny radius.
>It shoots like a rainbow, if you know how to aim with it it's pretty accurate.
So the shooter needs to be a good aim in spite of the ballistics. On top of that most AKs shoot 3-5 MOA, where ARs shoot 2.5 with bad ammo and sub-moa with good ammo. The AK is just inherently less accurate than modern rifles.
>it's not impossible
But it's still a detriment to the gun. Pretty much any modern rifle can have it's barrel removed without needing extensive tool use.
>then how come arabs use these things for a generation and never take them apart or clean them and they still work like a charm
1) There isn't much mud in the ME
2) They don't have money for anything else. If the Russians or American will give you truck loads of AKs for free why would you say no? When Arabs get the opportunity to get a new rifle they do. Iraq, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia all use multilug 5.56 rifles.

Slavaboos on suicide watch.
>>
>>31006495
Indeed, but consider this post >>31006060

It doesn't take an expert to realize they're variants or, very nearly, the same gun.
>>
>>31006369
>>31006476
>>31006578

They both have their detriment and merit, but as someone who carries a gun professionally, I'll take an AR because of modularity and ergonomics.

AK variants are still sweeter than virgin pussy, but not great for specialized roles.
>>
>>31006578
>and never take them apart or clean them and they still work like a charm
If they don't service their rifles they aren't going to be working like a charm. This is true of ANY rifle, from a K98 to a SCAR. Any rifle that is subject to the elements needs to be serviced to be kept fully functional.

They do service their rifles, they do make spare parts, and they do have gunsmiths. Here's the important thing is that the AK as designed is simpler to manufacture and service than any rifle fielded by modern militaries. It's stamped sheet metal and rivets which, as demonstrated by smiths in Khyber Pass, people from the middle ages are capable of working with. AKs can be worked on by people with limited resources in ways that aluminum and plastic guns cannot.
>>
>>31006653
I'm pretty much of the same opinion. I own both, but if I had to choose I'd keep the AR for practicality's sake.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

>>

I never said it was more reliable. Because the AR is DI if you shoot thousands of rounds without cleaning it will foul up faster than the AK.

By every other metric the AR is better.

"And John Moses Browning climbed the mountain of Gunsmithing and met God on the mountaintop. God's radiance shone forth like one thousand suns, but John Moses Browning did not blink. God then met John Moses Browning and handed him the One Gun. With a thundering voice, God said "THIS IS MY DESIGN, WITH WHICH I AM WELL PLEASED" and God graciously bestowed upon John Moses Browning the venerable handgun that will forever be crowned king and ruler of handguns. It was to be made in the King of all handgun cartridges, which was of John Moses Browning's design. The .45 Automatic Colt Pistol, which can knock a man down if you hit him in his outstretched thumb. This beautiful handgun, made by God himself and bestowed upon John Moses Browning will forever be known as the M1911
Forever and ever, Amen"
