Is the P-07 a CZ75 as a SP2022 is to a P226?
>>31005160
I'd say its more like an SP-01 but yeah basically.
>>31005160
not exactly
in the case off the 226 2022 the 2022 is inferior to the 226 and people want to upgrade to the 226.
the polymer czs fill a different niche than the steel framed ones
Who cares, they're all garbage.
A guy at the local range let me shoot his P09. It was pure sex, idk why people love to hate on these guns. A friend of mine owns a 2022 and hes never had a problem with it, carries it every day (in Texas) doesnt care how dirty or nasty it gets, the thing fucking works with everything from dirty ass steel case ammo to hot-as-they-come 40 loads just fine.
I want both desu.

The SP2022 is like a budget P226, while the P07/P09 is a modern evolution of the CZ-75 that actually feels better than the original in certain ways.

Pick one
>>31005160
No. As ugly and shitty machined the meme CZs are, they at least work.
>>31005429
Sphinx sdp is $300+ more.
I want one, but at the same time, the cz p-0x series are pretty good, and that's over 1000 rds of ammo as well.

I have a CZ P-07 one of the 1st gen, Duty model with the 4 inch extended barrel. Its amazing, and cheaper than anything of similar or greater quality for that matter.

Have the Gen 2 in 9mm. Put about 2,000-2,500 rounds through it so far. Normal range work, USPSA, 3 Gun, and a couple of classes. Has a hell of a break-in period (~300-500 rounds, lots of double feeds and failures to go into battery) but afterward I have never had a malfunction regardless of rain/heat/dust/etc. Also has my favorite grips. Finish is still perfect despite being holstered and reholstered hundreds of times.
Magazines are a little pricey, and the accessory market isn't great for it. Trigger is a little gritty, but lighter than the HKs/SIGs/S&Ws I've shot.
Would suggest getting the P-09 if you have no intention of carrying it. I won't get rid of my P-07, but the P-09 would've been a wiser decision with how I use it.
