It's pretty legit. Although the version I have is a bit outdated, and some of the materials it lists to make explosives are a little harder to come by than they were in the 60's.

I've never actually seen a physical copy of it not being distributed by a shady looking publisher. I'm not hopeless retarded and realize that it would be copyright free if it were a legitimate technical manual.

I bought one from a milsurp store.
It seems pretty legit and would most likely be helpful in SHTF but a good chunk of the recipes call for blasting caps to set off and civvies can't buy those
