The first aid pouch does not open without a hearty tug, and its easier opening upside down.
The pouches get in the way when crouching if they are directly in front, and ive read the most authentic way of placing your gear is after your own prefrences since that is what the soliders in nam did. As for the grenades, i just slapped it on for good measure.
