What is your go to for when the dindu's start their shit?
>>
>>30992307
Jesus fucking Christ. Chicom chest rig would have been a better choice, along with any holster besides the one you picked. Condor rigs a shit. I have nothing better to do with my time than insult somebody who I don't even know

Really? Condors are shitty? Funny, hasn't failed anyone yet... As for holster, I could probably agree with you if you gave a valid argument, has yet to actually show any severe wear n tear. As for chicom, why bring meme gear into this? Are you a whore?

Condor is a get-what-you-pay-for brand. It's cheap, but the price is reflected in durability. I've got a bag by Condor that's fraying after two years of light use. Stitching on the right shoulder strap started snapping a week after I got it. There's a good reason why Condor is primarily an airshit brand.

It's absolutely right though. Like all consumer products, theres a point where more money spent gets you better stuff.

Sure theres a few things with higher price tags and a name you pay for, but i'm sure of you go over to /out/ and ask the difference between a £100 rain jacket and one thats £300 you'll get the same kind of answer. Quality comes at a higher price tag.

I've no idea what E3+E4's are or condor for that matter, but im bong infantry and have made the crowbag mistake of buying shitty kit for cheap prices and i've had to throw it out. If condor is anything like webtex then i comepletely agree with this dude that posted the link. Buy cheap, buy twice.
>>
I was born ready
>>
>>30993052
That seems to be the case few and far between, but when it comes down to it, when someone praises Condor for fixing their QC and materials, you get backlash because "Muh gear from '07 is wearing", I have yet to have a problem with it, its lightweight and does what I bought it for, and it was inexpensive too.

>>
>>30993062
I can sort of agree with you there, though, the point of a rain jacket is to get you from a to b successfully without you getting wet, sometimes you can't afford comfort, sometimes all you need it for is the road between. I know people say "quality over quantity" but condor really isn't that bad, QC has gone up, materials and labor have sharpened since certain investments were made. Eh, I'm not complaining.
>>
>>30992845

Godspeed, anon.
>>
>>30993084
Yeah, most people still carry the stigma around, but ya know what? If it works, it works, I have no problem calling out shitty stuff when I see it, it just so happens they're not so shitty anymore
>>
>>30993109

Oh absolutely. If you just need a jacket for a light shower thats going to catch you out whilst dog walking, a reggatta will do just fine. If you're going to be spending a week in the hills you need something that the zips wont break on, seams leak and the push buttons wont bend, as well as the cheap fabric cooking you within your own jacket, which is exactly what a reggatta does.

If your hitting targets at a range and fantasising over chimpouts then cheap gear will do fine. Truth be told, 99% of the board wont ever put their gear through any sort of rigorous testing. Its mad to suggest though that a piece of kit that wears out after two years of aforementioned range use and chimpout rehearsals is comparable to more expensive gear that will last 10 times longer through 10 times as rigorous activities.

this is solid advice

I happen to live in a majority black city with really bad crime. if the dinduvolution kicks off i am going to be toe to toe with full on 'bangers as well as trigger happy scared cops. i am good at S&S and keeping low profile. All my kit is as trim as possible and i have a baggy rain jacket that conceals most of my stuff minus the rifle.

You know, before this thread i thought my kit was really light. no hate, but you guys need to gear up a bit, starting with body armor.
>>
>>30992307

I still use the 5.11 "Tactical" pants I was issued when I was onboard aircraft carriers.

Pros:
+Fits well
+Can be tucked into boots without yanking on waist
+Sensible amount of pockets for tourniquets, small med kits, etc.

Cons:
-Doesn't breathe worth a damn (swamp-ass from the get-to)
-Velcro tends to get worn down rather quickly

Overall, I give 'em a 4/5. Not my favorites, but they work, and they work well.

It depends on the environment for me. I won't wear the 5.11's to the range since, well, people look like try-hards wearing that shit to the local shoot-em-ups. I'd love to keep my battle belt streamlined, with just water ammo knife and Blowout Kit, but since I don't have a chest rig or plate carrier I don't have anywhere else to keep essentials. I'm definitely catching flak from my brother for not having my handgun on the belt, and I could see the use in an essentials pouch with glowlights, zipties, batteries, protein bars, ect.

Niggah, you buy what you can afford, make it work for you and your environment, and train with it. Should you low ball it? No. But do you need to buy the most expensive shit on the market? Hell no.

The three things you should spend the most money on are your rifle, footwear, and ruck.

I can buy a bunch of shit, like medical equipment I don't know how to use and will never train with, waste space and weight that could be used for water or ammo.

It not about what you have, its about how you use it.

And he's also right about buying stupid amounts of medical shit if you have no idea how to use it or don't train/refresh often. Just keep some field dressings in your bag (1 readily available) and a tourniquet.

oh, i agree completely, i was just thinking if it was the dinduvolution there would be a fair number of skilled white folks in desperate need of an armed protector. i have a good amount of field medical experience, and my first aid kit reflects it. more to your point, adding weight to your kit with no good reason is ill advisable. who you know + who you blow.

Executive Protection, Personal Protective Services, and armed security are the way to go. If you are former military there are a whole range of firms that civvies like me never get access to. DC is a nexus for this stuff, but the work is really in Arlington. You need to be careful: the jobs are actually quite boring until they aren't, so there is endemic complacency, overconfidence, poor planning, and very little follow through in terms of health care and legality. You get these gung ho USMC faggots who were hot shit in Nam/GW1/GW2 and think they can just transition into EP/PPS. these guys tend to be skeezy af and treat you as completely expendable. there is very little team loyalty. the big guys (triple Canopy, Dyncorp, Academi, G4S, etc.) probably have better programs, but they are big money so good fucking luck getting on board with no wrap sheet.

i just fuck with cameras anyway.

sorry if i am way off, but is that a Delton M4? What is your experience with it? When i was looking for one, i shied away because some old guys said it had problems and i was too young to think for myself at the time.

Also, is that a P250?

no its the Colt LE6920, ive shot 2000+ rounds of shit tula ammo with no problems from it.
and yes the handgun is a p250 45

as for your kit its a good starter for sure.
id say train with your gear, learn what works with you and what you could go without. wear your vests for a couple hours every week to get used to the feel of them. Gear isnt everything. how you train and how familiar you are with your shit makes the difference. its all muscle memory. also get some of that non fog liquid stuff for your goggles, makes a fucking difference.

ps integrate a Bug out bag

>>30998399
you do not understand the nature of dindus with guns. they are inaccurate and trigger happy. they have almost no consistent caliber or make. much like the Imperial Storm Trooper, they manage to hit around their target more often than hitting their target. this means a lot of indirect hits. you should at least wear some eyepro. just looking out for you friendo.

Not the anon you replied to, and let me say the article does make some good observations but it misses a quite key consideration.

I posses what seems to be a pair of quite uncommon skills for a typical /k/ poster:

1.)the ability to check over my gear for quality assurance adn do something other tan bitch about it

2.) The ability to use a needle, thread, scissors, glue, a lighter, duct tape, etc. to patch potential problem areas before them become a problem.

What does buying top tier gear versus buying condor get you? it gets you something done 100% right instead of 98% right with the 2% somewhere a fudd wouldn't ever know to look.

If you keep a single static load of pouches on your PC and have the self control to burn off loose thread and pick up a needle and silk thread instead of sperging on /k/ when your gear shows up with an unfinished seam condor will do you fine most of the time.

Need a drag handle that's the full length of the PC? Sew one in, friendo.

I kept a shitty mall ninja tier truspec backpack up and running through three years of hard use and only a year and a half ago retired it to a secondary role. Over the same fimeframe my $65 condor PC has served just fine in carrying my expensive plates and magazines.

Spend to your ability to maintain. Blowing two or three or five times the money doesn't buy you any silver bullet, all it buys is a small period between the gear coming out of the box and its first hard use when you have to start maintaining it.

TL:DR, inspecting and maintaining your gear does not stop at the door of the gun safe.

Print up a couple leaflets about how Central Bankers screw over black even more than they screw over whites.

Have stuff on them like George Soros fund Black Lives Matter, but for what purpose?

To create division in lower class communities that could oppose his Elite Class Money Printing Scheme. Start looking for clues at the Federal Reserve in Washington DC!

That will scare the Central Bankers more than any threat of armed revolution.

As far as Dindu's coming down the street? Any rifle or shotgun you can use properly, brick barricades, and locals tipped off so they know to provide support, take cover and report movement.

Taking an armed crowd on by your self or in a small group is going to get you killed in real life.

I have a theory as to why some people are are so adamant about expensive gear. There is an ultra minority that actually use their kit so much that they burn through everything so quickly that they have the cash and the need to have the pinnacle product. The vast majority of the purists are so fucking fat that they have to stretch every peice of gear to its maximum, thereby causing undo wear and tear. there mommies only buy them 1 or 2 replacements, so when their stepdad hands them a wad for keeping quiet about the bum touching they buy the most expensive thing they can, and naturally the only companies that will custom make rigs in 7^10 XL are the most pricey.

just a theory.

OK, first off, topzoz.

Second, and i'm not trying to measure or hate, but have you spent a lot of time in Dindu held territory? like, lived amongst the Goodall style? I am currently deployed to such a place, and i have spent a lot of time in other ones. While they suck at parenting, doing the daily grind, and growing intellectually and emotionally, they are wildly adaptable to conflict and violence. indeed, this is the main reason i do not agree with WNs that they need to be pushed out/eradicated. They are a natural warrior class, and over successive generations of proper breeding and indoc, they can become very valuable members of society. I digress.

like any primate, their deep concern for immediate self interest will push them to adapt very quickly.

Think Raptors with less cooperation and worse linguistic acuity. They would figure out the shorts thing breddy gwiggly.

I was, in fact, avn a giggle m8. I did spend about a year in a half of a shitty part of Houston, a couple years after Katrina so the city was full of regular dindus and the frustrated dumb kind that had nowhere to go back to and no respect for where they currently were

Currently in Dallas, where they seem to be mostly well behaved as a whole compared to many cities, but you get plenty of the occasional violent strays. I don't think they have the will to be coordinated into mob violence here, they're integrated just well enough to play by the rules, plus they all have the common pride in where they're from thing going on (Dallas isn't really divided into hoods which have rivalries, that I've noticed at least), which is nice. Or maybe it's a southern thing where the younger generations realize how much better they have it than they used to, so that motives them to not fuck it up, vs northern cities. That or we're juuuuust progressive enough that they don't feel owed anything, while still conservative enough they understand we don't fuck around with punishments and our jurors aren't gonna give them any leniency if they fuck up
