reading comprehension m8, those sexy custom jobs are feasible to make one by one, NOT feasible to mass produce re-tool and calibrate a whole run of machines to make a bunch of guns not many people are gonna buy. and they would sit in stock for a WHILE until buyers finally took em.
got me thinking about a crowd funding type situation where the Fa/k/tory holds a sort of vote on the next run of custom gun production. say there's 4 production lanes, 2 are making american caliber Tigr SVDs, the other two are doing 10mm carbines or VSS' or w/e, and like once or twice a year, one lane of production is dedicated to some custom or milsurp thing voted for on the /k/ompany website

Great idea. We need to design and mass produce a cheap, at least semi-decent 10mm carbine and flood the market in order to create demand for 10mm cartridges, ensuring their proliferation and dropping the price in the long run.

Theres already a .308 m77 on the market for $500. You can't compete with that.

A submachine gun could find a place. It doesn't even have to be 10mm. A good subgun that can chew steel jacketed 9mm, be able to withstand abuse a filth, and be manufactured for less than $100.

so essentially get IO to give us their super special parts kits and make AK screw builds on pot metal receivers with them. Raghead gets /k/ ak fires fine for first 200-500 rounds then violently ejects firing pin through his skull while the potmetal bolt lugs and cast trunion shear and shrapenalize killing guys on either side of him.
