i love the atlas too, many on /k/ seem to hate them for seemingly no other reason than because they are popular.
I like them better than harris, but there is really nothing wrong with harris bipods either desu.

I like the atlas, but am strongly considering the Accu Tac. About $225 for the SR5.
China has copied both the Atlas and the accu tac SR-5.
They didn't do a bad job on these clones, as far as a cheap copy goes they are not that obvious to someone who is not looking close. But they stole the design and they will never have to answer for it, where if you did that in the states you'd be in court.
They copy all kinds of shit from our military as well.

Why doesn't anyone make a keymod attachment bipod? Is it that hard to make?

they'd be locking yourself out of a large part of the market for no reason unless they make 3 different models which is a bad idea for them
just use a keymod bipod adapter or a rail section which is what they expect you to do
