If you have a CNC machine, yeah (pic related).

A plastic one that you can make out of a 3D printer will always be limited to crude guns in small calibers like the Liberator.

the guns made by the printer community are leagues better than the original liberator. They all use less plastic and are easier to reload. There are several multi-shot revolvers. Many of the guns use bits of pipe to make the barrels reasonably durable.
