The two-tone FDE guns are an exclusive run for one distributor (Lipsey's). Lipsey's also does full-on FDE guns with coated slides, but I am not sure if those come from Glock directly or if Lipsey's has it done after they receive shipment.

Related, but I just learned that Colt does distributor exclusives through Talo.
Literally just GI 1911s in FDE and grey though, not sure why because they just look dumb

A few companies do distributor exclusives.
Lipsey's and Talo seem to be the most common two, and they often do some pretty cool runs. The S&W/Talo exclusives they run are sometimes super awesome. Talo also had a run of factory hard chromed S70 Colt's not too long ago that were awesome looking.
