This, desu ALICE is for old school operating and poorfag operating. MOLLE is superior in everyway. You can even attach the ALICE pouches to molle webbing. And you can get a MOLLE Battle belt with or without suspenders that functions the same way as ALICE.

Also that is one shitty ass ALICE setup

While ALICE is good, surplus Molle gear can be found cheap too. Case in point are these British Osprey Plate carriers, sometimes selling for as low as 50 bucks, with a plethora of many Molle compatible accessories available. And you can use plates too

on some molle, like that pictured vest there might not be in 'spec' points like if you look at the second row on the left or right side where the bottom of those tabs touch left side inside closests one you won't fit a pouch on that one piece and would have to lower it or move it left a bit. I hear that's a lot more common for some civilian stuff like a lot of things just have molle looking attachment points to sell as tacticool. Actual pouches can be kinda pricey. I never used alice stuff but molle works pretty good if you put it on right but the time really flies by when your putting it on so if you got a bunch of stuff to put on don't expect it to be instant to get it sorted out, because then your going to wear it and think fuck i gotta move this one thing over here cause it is easier to reach, and fuck even though i wanted this thing further back i just use it all the time or it's a bitch when you wanna sit and lean back or something. Really good attachment system though.
