Most useless infograph
Couldn't you just throw a molotov against one of the walls and let the magic of combustion do the rest?
Whoa boy, I've been saving for a lil bit now.

Burn even better-er

OP here should there be a general for Infographics?
>>30958971
Haven't tried it, don't know just how safe it is. Safe being a relative term.
Also trying to not repeat posts, I apologize if I do.
>>30958994
not posted often enough. besides, people would rather argue AR vs AK/9mm vs .45 for the billionth time.
>>30958994
I suppose but it's too late now. With all the posting here it might get bumped to front page, since /k/s traffic is kind of on and off, but it isn't constant speed like /b/'s, where threads basically have to die to make room
>>30959003
True.

Don't know if this will really help anyone, but here goes.

Get better at stabbing people
>>30959072
And keep your knife good while doing it!
Well maybe not while you're stabbing someone.
>>30959072
Do you have anything about creating a basic bugout bag?
>>30958086
Knots are cool but I have no idea which situations 99% should be used in.
>>30959081
Oh shit nigga, you can be the best stab-er around!
(It is in no way is my fault if you're a britbong and get an assault knife and use it according to these)
>>30959090
No, but I do have diy mres...which are about as awful as they sound. Basically it's a "no shit" tier pic, like the paracord mag pull shit.

Thanks.
Keep dumping, a lot of these are new to me.
I am enjoying reading them.

This is nice for a basic overview of what an aquaponics system is, but is useless for setting up your own system.
The devil is in the details: which plants and fish are practical, pump speeds and effectiveness, electrical power use, etc.
>>30959203
I love old style ones. No idea why.
>>30959208
Yeah, it took me a moment to realize it requires a pump.
Also daily reminder-gardening is fun. Grow your own stuff.

If someone uses the blade of a knife for this, they shouldn't have knives in general.

And yes, you must carry 4 different boxes and types of cigs and 2 bics.
>or just be a cool kid and buy a fancy lighter. I recommend ronson.
>>30959331
As a guy who's knife's lock broke and snagged a chunk of his index, I'm now a fuckload more careful with knives and carry only quality shit.
Learn your lesson BEFORE you pay for not knowing.
Also everything is bomb.
>>30959307
Fuck that. If your blade is a carbon steel (or some certain types of stainless steel if you're using a ferro rod and not just a piece of flint) it works perfectly fine, especially for survival/bushcraft tasks. It's not ideal, but it works if you absolutely need to make fire and don't have any other steel.
in case of FED's
>>30959370
True enough, I'd just worry about extensively doing it.
>>30959384
Yeah, it can mess up your blade if you're doing it all the time, but if the little steel striker goes missing on a hike it is better than freezing to death or drinking bad water.
>>30959384
Shit I wanted to post this, link it to the knife ones and make some sort of stupid joke.
Life is just a collection of missed opportunities I suppose. Anyways, gats and gat accessories.
>>30959402
Oh I meant using the back of the knife.
Or is that what we're both referring to?
>>30959416
Accessories here, get your accessories here!
>>30959416
Using the back or flat of the blade leads to pretty much the same thing. On my bushcraft knives I usually grind a smidge off the spine of the blade. Not enough to affect the blade structure or whatever, but just enough to make it rough and flat. It makes batoning wood and striking forested easier. Definitely something I'd recommend with a survival knife. ESEE kind of already does the same thing with their knife spines, in my experience. But yeah, if I was .mil and only had a ferro rod and double edged dagger, I would probably try the flat of the blade first just to preserve that second edge.

South African mercenaries in Angola actually reported that just making the sling entirely out of paracord with no metal parts like swivels or anything was better. If you weave the cord through the sling attachment points, you have a quieter sling, and in the event that you do need the cord, you don't have two useless metal bits dangling in your pocket.
>>30959457
Does .mil still get double edged knives? I thought that kinda died off.
>>30959476
A lot of foreign soldiers are still issued double edges (especially special forces in poorer countries, for whatever reason) and .mil often carry private purchase blades with them. I wouldn't doubt that some double edged private purchases were taken into war zones in the past two decades.

there's no reason why you can't carry a cheap allrounder knife like a mora companion and a fairbairn sykes
the fairbairn sykes is designed specifically for stabbing and fighting, its a killing weapon.
the boonie/kabar is designed to not only be an effective weapon but also an allrounder knife for cutting, prying etc... its a perfect example of the saying jack of all trades, master of none.
>>30959105
If its got two colors, its for joining two ropes. Ones on the rod are for securing something to a rope that will be under tension for the most part. Some are used to make a length of rope shorter without cutting it down, such as the sheepshank. The biggest thing to consider is the loss of strength with using ties and knots. That information should be online or in a guide book.

just saying, you posted a single meal mre for americans, and a day's meal for the other countries. usa has multi meal mres too, and with more variety in them than the singles, but they're never used in garrison, so you dont see them stateside

I'm guessing it will involve using known lengths, but I'm too lazy to figure it out myself.
