I'm 20 years old and I thought I had to get it (the AR15) transferred over to me after it was made into a complete rifle that you only have to be 18 to own. You have to be 21 to buy AR15 lowers.

But according to Washington state law you don't need to get it transferred if it's family for the complete rifle.
