This is negatives vs positive proof of intent. ATF exempted the sig braced pistols as sbrs unless the intent is to use as an arm brace. Whether or not you shoulder it or put a pad inbetween or whatever doesn't matter. You're not using it as an arm brace.

Put a video on youtubes shooting it as an arm brace. You have positive proof of intent other than to circumvent the NFA.
