P99: Better trigger, decocking button makes it safer to carry with one round in the chamber (trigger switches to DA for the first round), ambidextrous mag release, better aesthetics, doesn't throw brass in your face, doesn't explode, better stock sights and grip.
Glock: more aftermarket parts.

Also, when I purchased my P99, the Glock was around 750 bucks and the P99 was 1400. So, which one is the poorfag gun?

The SR9 is a glock tier, reliable, polymer framed handgun. It's no USP or P226 but it's fine.
