It's literally a 24mm anti-material rifle if it was WWI or WWII. Give it a tungsten core, some powerful propellants, or even put a raufoss charge in it. It'll probably won't work with modern military tanks, but it might have a chance on lightly armored vehicles, killdozers in Syria, destroy obsolete third world military tanks (Like that one country still using Shermans) and as an anti personelle ranged explosive (Fragmentation and concussion mah nigga). Overall, obsolete use since there are better options.
