The Jericho 941 is exactly 1.04kg unloaded.
The Glock 17 is exactly 0.71kg unloaded.
Math: 0.71 x 1.5 = 1.065. Jericho 941 is about 50% heavier than the Glock 17.

If you have to carry only one handgun and one or two mags, weight doesn't matter. For competition, heavy handguns are even a plus. But if you want a handgun to go with your main rifle, plus 8 rifle mags, plus two pistol mags, plus a knife, a plate carrier with front and back plates, an IFAK, a hydration bladder, and, and, and... then you want a light handgun.

And those relatively minor savings in cost ($400 isn't exactly a bargain) you're getting a shit-tier, potmetal T*rkroach gun.
I mean if you're already going to be buying a full priced handgun, gust get the Jericho 941 which is $600 new (or a whole lot less if you get a mil-surp one off of gunbroker).
